Staff Hire

Staff rates are $35 per hour for wait staff, $40 per hour for chefs and $40 per hour for head waiter for a minimum of four hours.

General Terms & Conditions

All orders must be made in person, writing or by letter or email. Orders are accepted at feast caterers discretion. Orders are not guaranteed until deposit has been made. To secure a booking a 25% deposit or amount nominated by feast is required.
Once this deposit is paid, the date is secured for your function and the deposit is non refundable.
 The balance is to be paid 1 week before the function date. Any supplementary costs or credits not recognised in the confirmation will be invoiced as a tax invoice and must be paid within 7 days after the function date. Any equipment hired from us that is missing or damaged must be paid for in full by the customer within 7 days after the function date. Equipment that is not the equipment hired to the customer by feast caterers will not be accepted as a replacement for missing or damaged items. The customer will be invoiced the full replacement cost for damaged or non returned equipment.

Rubbish removal is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated by us.
Any left over food that has been left out for your guests to help themselves will not be repacked and left in your refrigerator for later use due to food and safety regulations.

Confirmation of numbers
Confirmation of the number of guests and final payment is required seven days prior to the function. We will generally accept an increase in numbers 48 hours prior to the function. Minimum of 30 guests required for staffed functions. Any additional costs will be invoiced for payment within 7 days following your function.
Function menu needs to be finalised 14 days prior to function. Some menu items have a minimum order number.

ALL CHANGES ARE REQUIRED IN WRITING OR BY EMAIL.

Method of Payment
We accept cash, cheque or direct deposit. Credit card payments (Visa, Bank and Master cards only) are also accepted, a 2 percent surcharge applies on credit card payments. Late payments fees apply when payment is not received 7 days after the payment due date. The late fee is 10% of the outstanding balance.
Prices are effective from 1st of May 2011. All prices are subject to change and menu items subject to produce availability.
